WHO WE ARE
Established in 1976 as the The Alan Robert Memorial Fund of WA, the association was reincorporated in 2022 as the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association of Western Australia, abbreviated to RACIA|WA.
The purpose of the Association is to grant financial and other awards to further the education of apprentices and others in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in Western Australia. Award nominations can be made by prospective students themselves, training bodies, employers or members of the public.
The Association obtains income from conservative cash deposits in Australian banks with all financial accounts independently audited annually.
