ARMF? What does that stand for? Well, it stands for The Allan Robert Memorial Fund.
Well, what does it do? That's an easy one to answer. This fund is dedicated to the memory of Allan Robert, which grants financial and other awards to further the education of apprentice and others in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in WA.
Has there been any success stories? Yes! Let's take a look at Anthony's journey with ARMF.
Anthony contacted ARMF to request financial assistance, so he could complete his Cert 4 in Project Management Practice. He chose to study this through Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors Association of Victoria (AMCA)
His application was approved, and with the financial assistance given to Anthony from ARMF, his goal was now well within his reach. Anthony successfully went on to complete his studies.
At the annual AIRAH Awards Night 2018, Anthony was awarded "Student of the Year" in the Trade category. This was a wonderful award for Anthony to win, and such a major accomplishment.
